Refund policy

        1.Return Period: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

        2.Return Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original            packaging with tags attached.

       3.Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, used or damaged items, and                    intimate apparel (such as underwear) are non-refundable.

       4.Refund Process:

              Contact us at amirul7027@outlook.com with your order number and product                    photos to request a return.

             Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the                 returned items, and will be issued to your original payment method.

        5.Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer                    unless the product is defective or incorrect.
