Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Brightpath Commerce Limited. Please read our shipping policy carefully:

      1.Order Processing Time

                    All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is                                  confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

                   During peak seasons or sales events, processing time may be extended by                       1-3 business days.

       2.Shipping Methods & Timeframes

                   Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days.

                   Express Shipping : Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

                   Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs                           clearance, and courier efficiency.

       3.Shipping Coverage

                  We ship worldwide, but certain countries or regions may not be serviceable                    due to local restrictions.

                 If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you within 48 hours of                           order confirmation and issue a full refund.

        4.Shipping Costs

                 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package                          weight, and chosen shipping method.

                If the customer refuses to accept a package, shipping fees and return costs                      will be deducted from the refund (unless caused by our error).

       5.Tracking & Updates

                Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a                        tracking number.

                Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear in the courier’s system.

       6.Customs & Import Duties

                 International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs                       clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

                If the customer refuses to pay customs duties, resulting in the package being                  returned, related costs will be deducted from the refund.

        7.Risk & Responsibility

               Once the order is handed over to the courier, we are not directly responsible                   for delays, losses, or damages during transit. However, we will assist in                             resolving issues with the courier whenever possible.
